Terms and Conditions
By using any Product or Service, you agree to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not wish to accept this agreement, do not proceed with the application process. This document is accessible at any time on our website http://www.jjsolutions.ie/Terms/default.asp.

JJ Internet Solutions shall have the right at any time to change or modify the Terms and Conditions applicable to your use of the Services or products, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately, with or without notice by us.
 
  • We do not allow Warez, illegal MP3 Sites, Adult Sites or IRC Bots.
  • Your domain remains at all times your property as the registrant and can be transferred away from jjsolutions.ie at any time.
  • Your server (inc FTP) is for your personal use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
  • Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your virtual server. JJSolutions.ie accept no responsibility for any loss of data, however incurred.
  • You may not run server processes (e.g.. talkers/IRC Bots) from your virtual server.
  • JJSolutions.ie reserve the right to remove any server-side program that interferes in any way with the normal running of a server.
  • We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
  • When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
  • You may not store more data in your account than your allotted server space. Should your storage approach 80%, you will be emailed a warning and have the option to upgrade. If you allow data storage to increase over your alloted space by large amounts and do not reduce the space, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.

    Privacy
  • To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.
  • Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or Spam. Failure to observe this condition will result in immediate disconnection of service.


    Credit / Payment
  • The customer is responsible for all charges on the service account until a written cancellation request is received by standard mail or fax, signed by the Administrative Contact for that account.
  • If your account/service is activated before payment is made then payment must be sent in full by return.
  • If payment is not made in full within 14 days all technical support for the site will be revoked. If payment is still not made in the following 7 day period your account will be deleted from our servers and all DNS services will stop.
  • If for any reason with 30 days of sign-up your are dissatisfied with JJSolutions.ie's service, you are entitled to a full unequivocal refund of all charges excluding domain registration fees.
  • All packages have no minimum term unless packages which have been paid 1 year in advance, in which case a 1 year comittment is required.
  • After 30 days, refunds will not be provided.
  • 30 days prior to the end of your contract, you will receive a renewal invoice. 

    Bandwidth
  • If your bandwidth reaches the points where it has an adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwidth usage.
  • Each server includes a nominated amount of bandwidth, if you use more than this amount then you agree to pay for this bandwidth at the rates listed on JJSolutions.ie


    Web pages
  • You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate Irish or European law.
  • You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s).
  • We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. JJSolutions.ie does not allow Warez, Adult sites or illegal MP3 web sites on their servers.
