Property Pocket required a website to advertise properties, enabling visitors to search the available properties based on location price or ad type. Visitors can advertise their properties within the website. They can upload a number of images to the site and maintain their advert by loggining in to the website.

The site also has a services directory. This allows other businesses advertise their services to a targeted audience.

The site also has a banner ad management system where people can buy banner space and have their banner on a key location on the site.

Online credit card payments are handled by Worldpay, the site is integrated into the worlpay system for easy of use for the customer.

The site also has a visitor tracking system to allow the website owners to graphically analyse how visitors find the site and what pages are accessed. The site is written in HTML and ASP with a database backend.
